--------------------------------Install GRUB on your MBR (Help) -----------

With this option you will INSTALL GRUB again on your MBR.
When you reboot your computer, your FORMER Grub menu
will be there. You will NOT find the Grub Super Disk menu there.

You can select the AUTO option. (RECOMMENDED)

Or you can select manually the hard disk and partition
where grub files reside... and the target hard disk (MBR)
where you want to restore grub (usually hda or hd0, but if
you're an expert or if you boot from usb, you might find this
option useful in special situations).

Example:
=========
Has Windows rewriten your MBR?
Now you will be able to boot your Gnu/Linux
AFTER rebooting from Grub Super Disk.
